Abstract

Una planta de producción de piedra diseñada incluye una prensa de vibración de vacío ("VVP") suspendida sobre el suelo, de manera que una cinta transportadora y/o las bandejas o moldes que retornan vacíos de un horno de curado hacia una estación de mezclado pueden pasar debajo de la VVP. La placa de prensado puede sellarse con la bandeja o molde mediante las paredes que se extienden hacia abajo de la placa de prensado sobre una lámina de recubrimiento flexible, mediante una junta que rodea la placa de prensado, o mediante una tira inclinada que rodea la mezcla para losas. En algunas modalidades, el tamaño de la losa puede cambiarse intercambiando las paredes del molde elastomérico, o intercambiando los moldes y las platinas de prensado.
