Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para elaborar una estructura de emparedado compuesta; el método comprende los pasos de: proporcionar una configuración de base sobre una superficie, en donde la configuración de base comprende una primera capa de material de refuerzo; proporcionar una capa de núcleo sobre la configuración de base, en donde la capa de núcleo comprende una estructura celular abierta y en donde la estructura celular abierta está al menos parcialmente llena con partí­culas no unidas; proporcionar una configuración superior en la parte superior de la capa de núcleo, en donde la configuración superior comprende una segunda capa de material de refuerzo; sellar la disposición dentro de un compartimento hermóticamente sellado; introducir material de matriz dentro de la disposición a travós del por lo menos un conducto a travós de un diferencial de presión; y curar el material de matriz.
