Abstract
[Problema) Proporcionar un método de producción para el material compuesto que, al controlar el flujo de la resina en una cavidad, puede acortar un periodo de conformación y puede reducir los costos de inversión del equipo. También proporcionar un dispositivo de producción para el material compuesto, una preforma para un material compuesto, y un material compuesto. [Solución] Un método de producción para un material 400 compuesto que se proporciona con un sustrato 510 de refuerzo y una resina 600 con la cual se ha impregnado el sustrato de refuerzo. El método de producción tiene: una etapa de aplicación, en donde se aplica un adhesivo 520 al sustrato de refuerzo, que está en forma de lámina y comprende una primera región 501 y una segunda región 502, de modo que la densidad del adhesivo en la segunda región es menor que la densidad del adhesivo en la primera región; una etapa de preformado, en donde se conforma una preforma 500 al preformar el sustrato de refuerzo; y una etapa en donde la preforma se impregna con la resina 600 y se conforma el material 400 compuesto. La resina, que se inyecta en la cavidad 350, fue hecha para fluir más fácilmente en la porción de la cavidad en la cual se dispone la segunda región del sustrato de refuerzo que en la porción en la cual se dispone la primera región del sustrato de refuerzo.
