Description
本実施形態に係るプリフォーム500は、強化基材510に接着剤520を含浸させて形成される。
本実施形態に係る複合材料400は、炭素繊維510が予め所定の形状に予備成形されたプリフォーム500に樹脂600を含浸させて硬化させることによって製造される。
図1〜4を参照して、複合材料400の製造装置100について説明する。本実施形態に係る複合材料400の製造装置100は、大きく分けて、図1の上段および中段に示すプリフォーム500を成形する予備成形装置200と、図1の下段に示すプリフォーム500を用いて複合材料400を成形する成形装置300と、から構成される。また、複合材料400の製造装置100は、製造装置100全体の動作を制御する制御部110を有する。

Claims (9)
- 強化基材と前記強化基材に含浸された樹脂とを備える複合材料の製造方法であって、
第1の領域と第2の領域とを備えるシート状の前記強化基材に、前記第1の領域よりも前記第2の領域の接着剤の含有密度が低くなるように前記接着剤を付与し、
前記強化基材を予備成形してプリフォームを形成し、
前記第1の領域が前記第2の領域よりも成形型の注入口の近くに配置されるように、前記成形型内のキャビティに前記プリフォームを配置し、
前記成形型の前記注入口から前記キャビティ内に前記樹脂を注入し、前記プリフォームに前記樹脂を含浸させて前記複合材料を成形する、複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記接着剤を付与する際に、前記成形型の前記注入口側の第1の壁面から前記注入口と対向する側の第2の壁面に向かって、前記接着剤の含有密度が低下するように前記接着剤を付与する、請求項1に記載の複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記接着剤は、熱によって軟化する材料によって形成され、
前記樹脂を前記キャビティ内に注入した後に、前記成形型を加熱し、
前記接着剤を前記樹脂の硬化に伴う反応熱および/または前記成形型の熱によって軟化させる、請求項1または請求項2に記載の複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記接着剤を付与した後、前記プリフォームを形成する前に、前記接着剤を付与した前記強化基材を積層して積層体を形成する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂は、エポキシ樹脂によって形成され、
前記接着剤は、低分子量エポキシ樹脂によって形成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料の製造方法。 - 第1の領域と第2の領域とを備えるシート状の強化基材に接着剤を付与する付与部と、
前記強化基材を予備成形してプリフォームを形成する予備成形型と、
前記プリフォームが配置されるキャビティを形成し、前記キャビティ内に樹脂を注入する注入口を備える成形型と、
前記付与部および前記予備成形型の作動を制御する制御部と、を有し、
前記制御部は、前記付与部の作動を制御して、前記強化基材の前記第1の領域よりも前記強化基材の前記第2の領域の前記接着剤の含有密度が低く、かつ、前記成形型の前記キャビティ内に前記プリフォームを配置した状態で、前記第1の領域が前記第2の領域よりも前記成形型の前記注入口の近くに配置されるように前記接着剤を付与する、複合材料の製造装置。 - 前記成形型は、前記注入口側の第1の壁面と、前記注入口と対向する側の第2の壁面と、を有し、
前記制御部は、前記付与部を制御して、前記第1の壁面から前記第2の壁面に向かって、前記接着剤の含有密度が低下するように前記接着剤を付与する、請求項6に記載の複合材料の製造装置。 - 前記成形型の温度を調整する型温度調整部をさらに有し、
前記制御部は、前記型温度調整部の作動を制御して前記成形型を加熱し、
前記接着剤は、熱によって軟化する材料によって形成され、前記樹脂の硬化に伴う反応熱および/または前記成形型の熱によって軟化する、請求項6または請求項7に記載の複合材料の製造装置。 - 前記樹脂は、エポキシ樹脂によって形成され、
前記接着剤は、低分子量エポキシ樹脂によって形成される、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料の製造装置。
