Abstract
Un método para producir una estructura tridimensional mediante impresión 3D que comprende: (a) eyección del material del objeto a través de un primer cabezal de impresión, donde el material del objeto comprende un compuesto curable por radicales y un fotoiniciador; (b) eyección de un material de soporte a través de un segundo cabezal de impresión, en donde el material de soporte comprende un compuesto polimerizable catiónicamente y un generador fotoácido; (c) curación por radiación del material del objeto y el material de soporte; las etapas (a) a (c) se repiten varias veces a fin de formar la estructura tridimensional capa por capa, y el material del objeto y el material de soporte comprenden al menos una interfaz común; y (d) eliminación del material de soporte curado mediante tratamiento con un medio acuoso. El material de soporte es adecuado para dar soporte a componentes y estructuras sobresalientes ubicadas por encima de espacios huecos. El uso de un material de soporte curado mediante un mecanismo diferente al del material del objeto evita interacciones indeseables entre el material del objeto y el material de soporte durante el curado.
