Abstract
Un método para producir una estructura tridimensional que comprende: (a) eyección del material del objeto a través de un primer cabezal de impresión; (b) eyección de un primer material de soporte preliminar a través de un segundo cabezal de impresión; (b') eyección de un segundo material de soporte preliminar a través de un tercer cabezal de impresión, donde los materiales de soporte preliminares comprenden componentes líquidos que forman un material de soporte sólido cuando se juntan; (c) curación por radiación del material del objeto; las etapas (a) a (c) se repiten varias veces a fin de formar la estructura tridimensional capa por capa, y el material del objeto y el material de soporte comprenden al menos una interfaz común; y (d) eliminación del material de soporte curado mediante tratamiento con un medio acuoso. El material de soporte es adecuado para dar soporte a componentes y estructuras sobresalientes ubicadas por encima de espacios huecos. El uso de un material de soporte curado mediante un mecanismo diferente al del material del objeto evita interacciones indeseables entre el material del objeto y el material de soporte durante el curado.
