Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para fraccionar los componentes de una biomasa de microalgas ricas en proteínas del género Chlorella, caracterizado porque comprende las siguientes etapas: - suministro de una biomasa de microalgas producida por fermentación, - opcionalmente, lavado de la biomasa de manera que se eliminen los compuestos solubles intersticiales, - permeabilización térmica de la biomasa a una temperatura de entre 50 y 150 °C, preferiblemente 100 y 150 °C, durante un periodo de entre 10 segundos y 5 minutos, preferiblemente durante un periodo de entre 5 segundos y 1 minuto, - separación entre la biomasa permeabilizada así y la fracción soluble mediante una técnica de centrifugación, más particularmente centrifugación multietapa, - opcionalmente, recuperación y clarificación de la fracción soluble obtenida de esta manera mediante microfiltración de manera que se eliminen de la misma las sustancias insolubles residuales, - separación de la fracción soluble anterior mediante precipitación, de manera que se obtenga un aislado de péptidos y un concentrado de péptidos.
