Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para proporcionar un producto de SCP a partir de un material de biomasa en donde dicho proteína unicelular que comprende una cantidad reducida de ácidos nucleicos en relación con la cantidad de ácidos nucleicos que está presente de manera natural en el material de biomasa, el método que comprende las etapas de: (i) proporcionar el material de biomasa; (ii) someter el material de biomasa a un proceso de ruptura celular, proporcionar un material de biomasa rota; (iii) aplicar el material de biomasa rota a un primer proceso de separación que resulte en un primer retenido que comprende proteínas y/o residuos celulares, y un primer impregnado que comprende ácidos nucleicos; (iv) someter el primer impregnado a un segundo tratamiento que separa los ácidos nucleicos de las vitaminas, minerales y/o aminoácidos; (v) de manera opcional, combinar el primer retenido obtenido en la etapa (iii) con las vitaminas, minerales y/o aminoácidos obtenidos en la etapa (iv), proporcionando un producto de SCP que comprende una cantidad reducida de ácidos nucleicos en relación con la cantidad de ácidos nucleicos que se presente de manera natural.
