Abstract
Description
(i)上記バイオマス材料を提供する(又は、もたらす)工程、
(ii)該バイオマス材料を細胞破砕のプロセスに供して破砕されたバイオマス材料を提供する工程、
(iii)上記破砕されたバイオマス材料を第1の分離プロセスに適用して、タンパク質を含む第1の画分(第1の保持物)、並びに、核酸と、ビタミン、無機物及び/又はアミノ酸とを含む第2の画分(第1の透過液)をもたらす工程、
(iv)上記第2の画分(第1の透過液)を第2の処理に供して、核酸を含む第3の画分(第2の保持物)、並びに、ビタミン、無機物及び/又はアミノ酸を含む第4の画分(第2の透過液)をもたらす工程、を含む。
(i)上記バイオマス材料を提供する(又は、もたらす)工程、
(ii)該バイオマス材料を細胞破砕のプロセスに供して破砕されたバイオマス材料を提供する工程、
(iii)上記破砕されたバイオマス材料を第1の分離プロセスに適用して、タンパク質及び/又は細胞残屑を含む第1の保持液(保持物)、並びに、核酸と、ビタミン、無機物及び/又はアミノ酸とを含む第1の透過液をもたらす工程、
(iv)上記第1の透過液を第2の処理に供して、ビタミン、無機物及び/又はアミノ酸から上記核酸を分離する工程、
(v)場合によって、工程(iii)で得られた第1の保持液(保持物)を、工程(iv)で得られた上記ビタミン、無機物及び/又はアミノ酸と合わせて、自然発生する核酸の量と比べて減少した量の核酸を含む上記SCP産物を提供する工程、を含む。

(iv)上記第1の透過液を第2の処理に供して、ビタミン、無機物及び/又はアミノ酸から上記核酸を分離する工程、
(v)場合によって、工程(iii)で得られた第1の保持液(保持物)を、工程(iv)で得られた上記ビタミン、無機物及び/又はアミノ酸と合わせて、核酸が除去された画分を提供する工程、を含む。
したがって現在、世界的にヒト及び動物の飼料及び食物に対する代替タンパク質源のニーズが存在するが、このニーズは、今後数年間に亘り人口が増加し続けるにつれて劇的に増加するだろう。例えば、微生物バイオマスから得られる単細胞タンパク質(SCP)は、安価で再現可能であることから非常に強力な供給源である。
(i)上記バイオマス材料を提供する工程、
(ii)該バイオマス材料を細胞破砕のプロセスに供して破砕されたバイオマス材料を提供する工程、
(iii)前記破砕されたバイオマス材料を第1の分離プロセスに適用して、タンパク質を含む第1の画分(第1の保持液)、及び、核酸を含む第2の画分(第1の透過液)をもたらす工程、
(iv)上記第2の画分(第1の透過液)を第2の処理に供して、核酸を含む第3の画分(第2の保持液)、並びに、ビタミン、無機物及び/又はアミノ酸を含む第4の画分(第2の透過液)をもたらす工程、を含む。
(i)上記バイオマス材料を提供する工程、
(ii)該バイオマス材料を細胞破砕のプロセスに供して破砕されたバイオマス材料を提供する工程、
(iii)前記破砕されたバイオマス材料を第1の分離プロセスに適用して、タンパク質及び/又は細胞残屑を含む第1の保持液、並びに、核酸を含む第1の透過液をもたらす工程、
(iv)上記第1の透過液を第2の処理に供して、ビタミン、無機物及び/又はアミノ酸から上記核酸を分離する工程、
(v)場合によって、工程(iii)で得られた第1の保持液を、工程(iv)で得られた上記ビタミン、無機物及び/又はアミノ酸と合わせて、自然発生する核酸の量と比べて減少した量の核酸を含む上記SCP産物を提供する工程、を含む。

(v)場合によって、工程(iii)で得られた第1の保持液を、工程(iv)で得られた前記ビタミン、無機物及び/又はアミノ酸と合わせて、核酸が除去されたSCP産物を提供する工程、を含む。
工程(iii)で得られた上記第1の画分又は上記第1の保持液、及び/又は工程(iv)で得られたビタミン、無機物及び/又はアミノ酸を含む上記第4の画分又は上記第2の透過液、及び/又は工程(v)で提供される第5の画分又はSCP産物を、残留する核酸又はこのフラグメントを個々のヌクレオチドまで加水分解する酵素処理に供する工程(vi)、を含む。
工程(vi)で添加された酵素を不活性化する工程(vii)
を含んでもよい。
(i)上記バイオマス材料を提供する工程、
(ii)該バイオマス材料を細胞破砕のプロセスに供して破砕されたバイオマス材料を提供する工程、

(iva)前記第1の保持液を液体に懸濁する工程、
(ivb)前記懸濁された第1の透過液を第2の処理に供して、タンパク質及び/又は細胞残屑から前記核酸を分離する工程、
(v)場合によって、工程(iii)で得られた前記第1の透過液を、工程(iv)で得られた前記タンパク質及び/又は細胞残屑と合わせて、前記核酸が除去された画分を提供する工程、を含む。

Claims (22)
- バイオマス材料に由来する1以上の画分を提供する方法であって、当該方法は、
(i) バイオマス材料を提供する工程、
(ii) 前記バイオマス材料を細胞破砕のプロセスに供して、破砕されたバイオマス材料を提供する工程、
(iii) 前記破砕されたバイオマス材料を第1の分離プロセスに適用して、タンパク質を含む第1の画分(第1の保持物)、及び、核酸を含む第2の画分(第1の透過液)をもたらす工程、
(iv) 前記第2の画分(第1の透過液)を第2の処理に供して、核酸を含む第3の画分(第2の保持物)、並びに、ビタミン、無機物及び/又はアミノ酸を含む第4の画分(第2の透過液)をもたらす工程、
を含んでなる、バイオマス材料に由来する1以上の画分を提供する方法。 - 工程(iii)で得られた前記第1の画分を工程(iv)で得られた第4の画分と合わせて、第5の画分を提供する、請求項1に記載の方法。
