Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para tratamiento de superficie serial de componentes metálicos que tienen superficies de zinc, en donde el método comprende un pretratamiento con álcali, y un método para la remoción selectiva de iones de zinc de la solución de baño alcalina para tratamiento de superficie serial de superficies de metal que tienen superficies de zinc. De conformidad con la invención, a fin de llevar a cabo los métodos respectivos, una parte de cada solución de baño alcalina se lleva a contacto con una resina de intercambio iónico que tiene grupos funcionales seleccionados de -OPO3X2/n y/o -PO3X2/n, en donde X es un átomo de hidrógeno o un átomo de metal alcalino y/o metal alcalinotérreo que ha de ser intercambiado que tiene la valencia respectiva n.
