Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para tratar una solución de decapado para un proceso de decapado, donde la solución de decapado comprende compuestos de silicio dispersos en la solución de decapado, donde, en una primera etapa, la solución de decapado se introduce en una cavidad de un medio de contención, donde, en una segunda etapa, se crea un campo electromagnético dentro del medio de contención, donde el campo electromagnético se extiende sustancialmente dentro de la cavidad, donde, en una tercera etapa, la solución de decapado introducida en la cavidad es tratada por el campo electromagnético para que los precipitados formados por los compuestos de silicio se disuelvan y/o una formación de los precipitados se vea impedida.
