Abstract

Se describe un aparato de colada de un equipo de colada, que incluye un bastidor superior al cual se anexa el molde superior, un bastidor inferior al cual se anexa el molde inferior, un mecanismo de cierre del molde, un par de elementos de enlace principal, cada uno de los cuales tiene una porcion central provista con un arbol giratorio inclinado, un par de elementos de sub-enlace cada uno de los cuales tiene una porcion central provista con un arbol giratorio de la porcion central de sub-enlace y un actuador de rotacion. El bastidor superior, el bastidor inferior, el elemento principal de enlace y el elemento de sub-enlace constituyen un mecanismo de enlace paralelo. Asi, en comparacion con un aparato de un metodo basculante de molde superior, una estructura para asegurar la resistencia de cada elemento es simplificada para permitir ahorro de peso y simplificacion. Como resultado, el aparato de colada se reduce en tamano para permitir que se reduzca el espacio ocupado por el equipo de colada.
