Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un sistema de detección microfluídico que comprende un cartucho microfluídico y un ensamble de detector. El cartucho microfluídico comprende un primer y segundo lado y al menos un canal de flujo y una entrada al canal o canales de flujo para alimentar una muestra líquida, el canal o canales de flujo comprenden una pluralidad de primeros sitios de detección óptica. El ensamble de detector comprende una ranura para insertar el cartucho microfluídico y una primera fuente de luz fija con una trayectoria de haz y un lector óptico para leer señales ópticas del primer sitio o sitios de detección óptica.
