Abstract
Se describe la detección de emulsiones y microdispersiones con un dispositivo informático óptico. Un método descrito incluye emitir la radiación electromagnética a partir de una fuente de radiación electromagnética, interactuar ópticamente la radiación electromagnética con un fluido y generar, de este modo, la radiación que interactuó con el fluido, detectar una parte de la radiación que interactuó con el fluido con un detector de referencia colocado dentro de un canal óptico de un dispositivo informático óptico, generar una señal de referencia con el detector de referencia, y determinar un estado emulsivo del fluido de acuerdo con la señal de referencia.
