Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un agente promotor de gelificación cuando se polimeriza un monómero basado en norborneno en presencia de un catalizador de polimerización de metátesis, el agente promotor de la gelificación obtenido al mezclar un activador del catalizador de polimerización de metátesis y un monómero basado en norborneno, en donde el agente promotor de la gelificación consiste esencialmente de una mezcla de únicamente dos componentes del activador y el monómero basado en norborneno anterior; y una formulación líquida para el moldeo por inyección-reacción que contiene el agente promotor de gelificación. El agente promotor de gelificación de la presente invención se agrega a una formulación líquida para el moldeo por inyección-reacción, exhibiendo de ese modo efectos respecto a que la gelificación se puede acortar cuando la formulación líquida hace contacto con un catalizador. La formulación líquida para el moldeo por inyección-reacción de la presente invención que contiene un agente promotor de gelificación se utiliza como la formulación líquida para el método de RIM, proporcionando de ese modo un artículo moldeado que exhibe efectos respecto a que una resistencia mecánica se mantiene y las condiciones de la superficie son excelentes que se pueden manufacturar, y efectos respecto a que las resinas residuales en un molde utilizado se pueden reducir. El artículo moldeado por inyección-reacción de la presente invención exhibe efectos respecto a que una resistencia mecánica alta se mantiene y las condiciones de la superficie son excelentes.
