Dispositivo y método para eliminar grasa abdominal de la piel abdominal de un ave sacrificada suspendida por las piernas, utilizando una herramienta para raspar que tiene una primera parte verticalmente movible y una segunda parte verticalmente movible que es incunable en dirección con la primera parte, en donde la primera parte y la segunda parte están dispuestas para ejecutar una operación concertada en una cavidad abdominal del ave sacrificada para la eliminación de tal grasa abdominal del ave, en donde la primera parte verticalmente movible y la segunda parte verticalmente movible están dispuestas para sujetar la piel abdominal con la grasa abdominal entre tales partes, y están dispuestas para eliminar subsecuentemente la primera parte movible y la segunda parte movible al unísono de la cavidad abdominal para desprender la grasa abdominal de la piel abdominal.
