Abstract
La divulgación pretende resolver de forma ventajosa el fracaso de flujo plástico causado por calentamiento insuficiente de materiales de trabajo para obtener una resistencia suficiente y mejorar la trabajabilidad de soldadura cuando se lleva a cabo soldadura por fricción-agitación en acero estructural. Un proceso de tratamiento de precalentamiento se lleva a cabo de tal manera que láminas o placas de acero (3) como materiales de trabajo se calientan mediante una unidad de calentamiento (5) proporcionada por delante de una herramienta rotacional (1) que se mueve en una dirección de soldadura para controlar con precisión la temperatura superficial, el área, la posición y similares de una región de calentamiento en el proceso de tratamiento de precalentamiento cuando se lleva a cabo soldadura por fricción-agitación en el acero estructural.
