Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una estructura oligonucleótida y un método para la preparación de la misma, y más particularmente, a una estructura orgánica pligonucleótida en la que un compuesto polimérico se una a un oligonucleótido por medio de un enlace covalente para mejorar la estabilidad in vivo del oligonucleótido y la eficiencia de la entrega celular del oligonucleótido; y a un método para preparar el mismo. La estructura oligonucleótida es mejorada en un metal homogéneo, por lo tanto, se resuelve el problema en la verificación del material debido a las características de polidispersión que ocurre cuando el material hidrofilico unido al oligonucleótido es un polímero sintético, la estructura oligonucleótida es fácil de sintetizar comparado con el proceso existente; y el tamaño de una estructura oligo ARN bicatenario se puede ajustar de manera segura a través del control de repetición de un bloque de material hidrofilico, y de este modo, la función de regulación de la expresión del gen del oligonucleótido no se deteriora a través de la síntesis de la estructura oligonucleótida optimizada, y el oligonucleótido se puede entregar en celular incluso en una dosis dem baja concentración. Por lo tanto, la estructura oligonucléotida de la presente invención puede ser útil como un sistema de entrega del oligonucleótido del tipo novedoso, así como también una herrramienta para el tratamiento de canceres, enfermedades infecciosas y similares.
