Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de nanopartículas portadoras de genes, capaz de internalizarse específicamente en células cancerosas, como por ejemplo en células cancerosas involucradas en cáncer de mama, tanto in vitro como in vivo. El sistema descrito permite introducir genes terapéuticos específicamente en las células blanco, mediante la endocitosis de dicho sistema mediada por el receptor NTSR1, por lo que es posible proporcionar tratamiento en este tipo de padecimientos, por ejemplo, mediante administración sistémica, intravenosa o in situ.
