Abstract
La presente invención se refiere generalmente a composiciones y métodos para tratar cáncer y enfermedades neoplásicas. En el presente documento se proporcionan compuestos derivados de amidopiridina o amidopiridazina sustituida y composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden dichos compuestos.
