Abstract

Proceso para la preparación de la vitamina K2 del tipo MK-7 que se caracteriza porque al unir la cadena de hexaprenil de configuración´+on 2all trans" al derivado de monoprenil de menadiol siguiendo la estrategia sintética de "1 + 6". De acuerdo a la invención, el carbanion a-sufonil generado in sintu a partir del monoprenil menadiol protegido de la formula (II), caracterizada porque R1 representa el grupo C1-3, es reaccionada con hexaprenil haluro de la formula (VII), caracterizada porque X representa átomo de halógeno, p´referentemente bromuro, tanto Z´ Y ZZ´´ representan H o una de Z´y Z´´ representa H y la otra representa el grupo de fenilsulfonil - SO,PH en la reacción de alquilación. El haluro de hexaprenil de la formula (VII) es obtenido mediante el acoplamiento de dos unidades de triprenil en reacción de alquilación, con o sin separación de los intermedios.
