Abstract
Las siguientes etapas son realizadas según la invención para producir piezas coladas con propiedades mecánicas óptimas teniendo aberturas pasantes con mínimo gasto en términos de equipo: a) Provisión de un molde de colado (2) en el cual al menos un núcleo de colado (8-19) está presente para representar la abertura pasante (O1, O2), en donde el núcleo de colado (8-19) consiste de un material de moldeo comprendiendo un aglutinante cuyo material se desintegra bajo el efecto de fuerza o temperatura, b) Vertido del metal fundido (S) dentro del molde de colado (2) para formar la pieza colada (Z1, Z2), c) Enfriamiento de la pieza colada (Z1, Z2) en el molde de colado (2) hasta una temperatura, la cual está por debajo de la temperatura de liquidus del metal fundido (S), pero arriba de una temperatura mínima, desde cuya temperatura mínima el enfriamiento acelerado efectúa la formación de una estructura de alta resistencia, d) Formación de un canal pasante (G1, G2) conduciendo a través de la abertura pasante (O1, O2) de la pieza colada (Z1, Z2), el cual en cada caso se abre sobre un lado exterior del molde de colado (2), al quemar el aglutinante en el material de moldeo del núcleo de colado (8-19) representando la abertura pasante (O1, O2) por medio de la adición de calor en el molde de colado (2) cuando se vierte el metal fundido en dicho molde de colado, o al destruir mecánicamente, al menos en parte, el respectivo núcleo de colado (8-19) representando la abertura pasante (O1, O2) y las regiones del molde de colado (2) dispuestas en la extensión (V1, V2) de dicho núcleo, e) Enfriamiento de la pieza colada (Z1, Z2) en el molde de colado (2) mientras un medio de enfriamiento (M1, M2) fluye a través del canal pasante (G1, G2).
