Abstract
MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UM CANAL DE ALIMENTAÇÃO DE MATERIAL FUNDIDO E DITO CANAL DE ALIMENTAÇÃO DE MATERIAL FUNDIDO. A presente invenção está correlacionada a um método de fabricação de um canal de alimentação de material fundido (1), para ser usado na transferência de fase em fusão, tal como, de escória, de material fosco ou metal, que são formados em um processo para produção de metais. A invenção também se refere a um canal de alimentação de material fundido (1) para ser usado na transferência de fase em fusão, tal como, de escória, de material fosco ou metal, que são formados em um processo para produção de metais. O canal de alimentação de material fundido compreende um corpo de canal de alimentação de metal um canal de fluxo (2) para a fase em estado fundido, um forro de material refratário (4) para forrar o corpo do canal de alimentação de metal (3), de modo que o forro de material refratário (4), pelo menos parcialmente, forme uma superfície de fluxo (5) para a fase em estado fundido no canal de fluxo (2), e uma camada de aço (6) entre o corpo do canal de alimentação de metal (3) e o forro de material refratário (4).
