Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una célula de planta mutante, de existencia no natural o transgénica que comprende: (i) al menos un polinucleótido que comprende, consiste de o consiste esencialmente de una secuencia que codifica una sintasa isopropilmalato y que tiene al menos un 60% de identidad de secuencia a SEC ID NO: 1 o SEC ID NO: 10 o SEC ID NO: 12 O SEC ID NO: 14; o (ii) un polipéptido codificado por dicho polinucleótido(s); o (iii) un polipéptido que tiene al menos un 60% de identidad de secuencia a SEC ID NO: 2 o SEC ID NO:11 o SEC ID NO: 13 o SEC ID NO: 15; o (iv) una construcción, vector o vector de expresión que comprende dicha secuencia(s) de polinucleótido, opcionalmente en donde dicha construcción, vector o vector de expresión además comprende un promotor que comprende, consiste o consiste esencialmente de la secuencia establecida en SEC ID NO: 8 o una variante de la misma con al menos aproximadamente 60% de identidad con la misma o un promotor de tricoma.
