Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método para purificar un polipéptido, que comprende las etapas de: i) - aplicar una solución que comprende el polipéptido a un material de cromatografía de intercambio iónico, y ii) - recuperar el polipéptido con una solución que comprende un desnaturalizante y, de esta manera, purificar el polipéptido, por lo que el material de cromatografía de intercambio iónico comprende una matriz de poli (estireno-divinilbenceno) reticulado al que los ligandos iónicos se han enlazado, y en donde la solución que comprende el polipéptido aplicado al material de cromatografía de intercambio iónico está libre del desnaturalizante y el polipéptido absorbido al material de cromatografía de intercambio iónico se recupera con una solución que comprende un desnaturalizante a una conductividad constante.
