Abstract
resumo método de cromatografia de troca de cátion e de ânion aqui é relatado um método para purificar um polipeptídeo compreendendo as etapas de i) aplicar uma solução compreendendo o polipeptídeo em um material de 5 cromatografia de troca iônica, e ii) recuperar o polipeptídeo com uma solução compreendendo um desnaturante e desta forma purificar o polipeptídeo, em que o material de cromatografia de troca iônica compreende uma matriz de poli (estireno-divinilbenzeno) reticulado ao qual os 10 ligantes iônicos foram anexados, e em que a solução compreendendo o polipeptídeo aplicado ao material de cromatografia de troca iônica está livre de desnaturante e o polipeptídeo adsorvido ao material de cromatografia de troca iônica é recuperado com uma solução compreendendo um 15 desnaturante em uma condutividade constante.
