Abstract

En la presente se reporta un método para purificar un polipéptido que comprende una etiqueta de histidina que comprende los pasos de i) aplicar una solución que comprende el polipéptido con una etiqueta de histidina para un material cromatográfico de interacción hidrófoba, y ii) recuperar el polipéptido que comprende una etiqueta histidina con una solución que comprende imidazol o un derivado de imidazol y por lo tanto purificar el polipéptido que comprenden una etiqueta de histidina, en donde la solución que comprende el polipéptido aplicado al material cromatográfico de interacción hidrófoba, está libre de imidazol o un derivado de imidazol y el polipéptido adsorbido por el material cromatográfico de interacción hidrófoba se recupera con una solución que comprende imidazol o un derivado de imidazol.
