Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un fondant que contiene al menos un reforzador de poder edulcorante, isomaltulosa, preferentemente isomaltulosa y trehalosa, en forma de una fase cristalina y glucosa en forma de una fase no cristalina, con un método para la producción de éste, con el uso del fondant como cubierta para productos de panadería y con productos de panadería que están cubiertos total o parcialmente con el fondant inventivo.
