Abstract

Se proporciona un método para fabricar un artículo absorbente que incluye un cuerpo principal absorbente, un par de primeras aletas laterales proporcionado en una sección extrema del cuerpo principal absorbente en una dirección longitudinal y un par de segundas aletas laterales proporcionado en la otra sección extrema del cuerpo principal absorbente en la dirección longitudinal; el método de fabricación incluye (1) formar un par de secciones de aleta lateral plegada al plegar una lámina continua de manera que la secciones extremas en la dirección de ancho de la lámina continua son plegadas hacia adentro en la dirección de ancho, respectivamente, mientras que la lámina continua que es un material de base de la primera y segunda aletas laterales es transportado en una dirección continua de la lámina continua, (2) producir un segmento de aleta al segmentar la lámina continua a un paso predeterminado en la dirección continua, (3) unir el segmento de aleta a un cuerpo continuo de cuerpos principales absorbentes de una manera superpuesta, mientras que el cuerpo continuo de cuerpos principales absorbentes es transportado en una dirección de transporte que corresponde a una dirección continua del cuerpo continuo, y (4) dividir el segmento de aleta en una sección que tiene un par de primeras aletas laterales y una sección que tiene el par de segundas aletas laterales al segmentar el cuerpo continuo de cuerpos principales absorbentes.
