Abstract

Un rotor de amasado, en el que la longitud L4 de una cuchilla larga en la dirección de rotación de una sección de rotor es mayor que la mitad de la longitud total L5 de un cuerpo principal de sección de rotor en la dirección de rotación, y las cuchillas largas se disponen en tal forma que, en un caso en donde se disponga un par de las secciones de rotor en paralelo entre sí dentro de la cámara de la máquina para amasar cerrada y se roten en direcciones opuestas entre sí, una sección de extremo sobre el lado trasero en la dirección de rotación de la sección de rotor, de la cuchilla larga de una de las secciones de rotor, y una sección de extremo en el lado delantero en la dirección de rotación de la sección de rotor, de la cuchilla larga de la otra de las secciones de rotor, repite alternamente entre sí una acción de aproximación y una acción de separación, y en el estado de aproximación, la sección de extremo en el lado delantero y la sección de extremo sobre el lado trasero se oponen entre sí en la dirección de rotación de las secciones de rotor sobre una línea que conecta los ejes centrales respectivos del par de secciones de rotor, en una sección transversal perpendicular a la dirección axial de la sección de rotor.
