Abstract
Un proceso para hacer un producto cementoso reforzado con fibras tal como un panel que se endurece para formar un material compuesto de resistencia a la compresión muy alta para usar en la fabricación de paneles con propiedades de resistencia balística y a explosiones. El panel tienen una fase continua resultante delcurado de una mezcla acuosa, en ausencia de polvo de sílice, de aglutinante de cemento inorgánico, relleno mineral inorgánico con un tamaío de partícula de aproximadamente 150-450 micrones, relleno mineral puzolánico y agente autonivelante superpiastificante a base de policarboxilato y agua. La mezcla también puede incluir alcanolamina y ácido o sal de ácido. La fase continua puede reforzarse con fibra distribuida en la fase continua antes del curado para formar un panel. El panel puede reforzarse con una película reforzada con fibras acoplada a al menos una superficie del núcleo, por ejemplo, mediante laminación con un adhesivo, por ejemplo, epoxi, para formar un panel blindado cementoso con resistencia balística y a explosiones.
