Abstract
一种免烧陶瓷木屑板(瓷木板),涉及板材技术领域。免烧陶瓷木屑板由包括以下质量份数组分的原料加网筋制成:免烧陶瓷100份,木屑5~25份,砂子0~160份。所述的免烧陶瓷由100份水泥中加入0.1~10份瓷化剂制成,所述木屑为植物碎屑。本发明免烧陶瓷木屑板可锯、可打钉,而且轻质、环保、防火、防虫、不怕水,防霉、耐酸碱、无毒、无味、无刺激、不腐蚀金属、耐老化50年以上,而且成本低廉、制造的原材料易得,可广泛应用在建筑、家俱、装饰领域的地面、墙面、骨架、楼板、屋面、家俱、厕所、管道、门窗等上面。

技术领域
本发明涉及板材领域,具体涉及一种免烧陶瓷木屑板。
背景技术
目前在建筑、家具、装饰等行业中广泛使用的板材主要有木板、硅钙板、石膏板、镁基板、石塑板、木塑板、中纤板、水泥纤维板、稻草板、桔杆板等等,这些板材各有各的不足之处。例如,木板成本高、不耐久,硅钙板成本高、难清洗、防潮性能差,石膏板容易粉状碎裂,玻镁板容易泛霜起白、耐水性差、对钢材有一定的腐蚀性,木塑板材料质地较脆、韧性不够、抗撞击性不强,中纤板不防潮、遇水膨胀率大、变形大。另外,也有不少厂家使用水泥混合木屑来生产水泥木屑板,但是目前这种水泥木屑板也存在有难以克服的缺点:由于木屑属于酸性物质,而水泥属于碱性物质,两者“合不来”,如果使用现有水泥来混合木屑制作水泥木屑板的话,木屑会慢慢释放出酸性物质来破坏水泥的强度,甚至使水泥粉化,致使水泥木屑板质量不好、强度不高、使用寿命不长,因此其在市场上一直无法推开、无法得到广泛应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有板材的上述不足,提供一种能够像木板一样可钉、可锯,而且质轻、长寿命、低成本的板材。
本发明免烧陶瓷木屑板由包括以下质量份数组分的原料加网筋制成:
免烧陶瓷100份,木屑5~25份,砂子0~160份。所述的免烧陶瓷由100份水泥中加入0.1~10份瓷化剂制成。所述木屑为植物碎屑,包括木头、树皮、草、秸杆等植物原料的碎屑。将上述原料混合后加入25~75份水,搅拌后制成板状,在制板过程中还将网筋铺垫到板体中,另外还可以根据需要在板的表层加上免烧陶瓷纯浆,这样在免烧陶瓷和免烧陶瓷纯浆硬化后便可做成免烧陶瓷木屑板。
本发明免烧陶瓷木屑板的积极效果是:
1、质轻高强:免烧陶瓷木屑板不仅强度高,而且不易变形、翘曲,适用于作为免拆模板、地板、内外墙板、龙骨板、楼承板、屋面板、家俱板、装饰板、烟道板、封管板、厕所板、门板等等板材使用,可广泛应用在楼房、建筑、家俱、装饰领域的地面上、墙面上、骨架上、楼板上、屋面上、家俱上、厕所上、管道上、门窗上等等上面,应用领域非常广泛、市场前景非常好。
2、由于本发明免烧陶瓷木屑板本身是墙体材料,跟混凝土是同类材料,因此在用作建筑模板时,能够与浇筑的混凝土完全紧密粘合,克服了使用木板、钢板、铁皮作为模板时无法紧密结合的缺陷。免烧陶瓷木屑板用作建筑模板,比木模板更坚固耐用,综合性能更好,可代替传统木模板用于楼房建筑,并可广泛应用于桥梁、隧道等各种混凝土土建工程。
3、本发明免烧陶瓷木屑板是一种高质量低成本的建筑材料,在使用中与混凝土一体浇筑成型,所用工具简单,施工简便,省去了传统施工方法中用于支模、拆模过程中的材料、人力、工期消耗,可降低工程造价,为企业创造更好效益。
4、施工简易:干作业方式,龙骨与板材的安装施工简单,速度快。深加工的产品也具有施工简便及性能更优的特点。
5、可加工及二次装修性能好: 可根据实际情况进行锯切、钻孔、雕刻、钻钉、涂饰、粘贴瓷砖、墙布等材料。
6、经济美观:轻质,与龙骨的配合,有效降低工程和装修成本,外观颜色均匀、表面平整美观,可免批砂浆。
7、防火绝缘:不燃 A 级,火灾发生时板材不会燃烧,不会产生有毒烟雾,另外还具有防水、防虫、防霉、耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、防晒、环保、无毒、无味、无刺激、不腐蚀金属铁皮、耐久、耐用、耐老化50年以上的优点,而且成本低廉、制造的原材料易得。
8、本发明免烧陶瓷木屑板使用时间久了性能不但不会降低,而且是强度和硬度随时间而增强,越用越结实。使用的前20年为强度增长期,后50年进入稳定期,有70年以上的使用期,与混凝土同性质同寿命。
9、为水泥木屑板的大规模应用铺平道路。本发明免烧陶瓷木屑板中使用免烧陶瓷,由于水泥经瓷化变身免烧陶瓷以后,就不再害怕木屑中的酸、糖腐蚀,而具备极好的耐酸性,因此能够与木屑很好地结合在一起,其强度和性能不会被木屑的酸性所破坏及粉化,完美地解决了人们一直以来都梦想使用水泥和木屑来制造可钉、可锯、轻质、可以像木板一样使用的水泥木屑板的技术难题。
10、废物利用、变废为宝:可让价值不高甚至是垃圾的植物碎屑(如秸杆、树皮、锯末、草等)得到充分利用,大大增加其附加值。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本实施例中,免烧陶瓷木屑板由免烧陶瓷(1)、木屑(2)和网筋(3)制成,免烧陶瓷和木屑的质量份数为:免烧陶瓷100份,木屑10份。将免烧陶瓷和木屑混合后,加入50份水,搅拌后制成板状,且在板的两面铺垫网筋(3)并加入免烧陶瓷纯浆,免烧陶瓷纯浆硬化后形成纯免烧陶瓷涂层(4),免烧陶瓷(1)硬化后,便可做成免烧陶瓷木屑板。另外,在免烧陶瓷纯浆中,也可以根据需要加入少量的木屑或/及砂子,以改善纯免烧陶瓷层(4)的性能并节能成本。
参照图2,本实施例中,免烧陶瓷木屑板由免烧陶瓷(1)、木屑(2)、砂子(5)和网筋(3)制成,免烧陶瓷、木屑和砂子的质量份数为:免烧陶瓷100份,木屑15份,砂子100份。将免烧陶瓷、木屑和砂子混合后,加入60份水,搅拌后制成板状,且在板中铺垫网筋(3),在免烧陶瓷(1)硬化后,便可做成免烧陶瓷木屑板。
上述实施例中所用的免烧陶瓷由100份水泥中加入0.1~10份瓷化剂制成;木屑为植物碎屑,包括木头、树皮、草、秸杆等植物原料的碎屑、锯末;砂子采用的是细砂。
本发明免烧陶瓷木屑板在设有托板的连续生产线上生产,包括原料混合、搅拌、铺垫网筋、浇注、振动密实、滚压整平、裁边、养护、切割等工艺过程。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种免烧陶瓷木屑板,其特征是,免烧陶瓷木屑板由包括以下质量份数组分的原料加网筋制成:免烧陶瓷100份,木屑5~25份,砂子0~160份;将上述原料混合后加入25~75份水,搅拌后制成板状;在制板过程中将网筋铺垫到板体中,在免烧陶瓷硬化后做成免烧陶瓷木屑板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免烧陶瓷木屑板,其特征是:所述木屑为植物碎屑,包括木头、树皮、草或秸杆的碎屑。
