Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para preparar cubos sazonadores, los cubos comprenden al menos 35% en peso, y menos de 85% en peso, con base en la masa de los cubos de ingredientes cristalinos que comprende al menos uno de sal, glutamato monosódico y azúcar, y además comprende al menos 5% en peso y menos de 35% en peso, con base en la masa de los cubos, de ingredientes no cristalinos que comprenden al menos almidón, al menos 5% en peso y menos de 35% en peso, con base en la masa de los cubos de al menos uno del grupo de grasa, poliol líquido y agua, el proceso comprende las etapas de a) mezclar al menos parte de los ingredientes no cristalinos con al menos uno del grupo de grasa, poliol líquido y agua, b) granular el producto que resulta de la etapa (a), en donde al menos 80% en peso de la masa resultante está en una forma granular, c) mezclar al menos parte del producto que resulta de la etapa (b) con al menos parte de los ingredientes cristalinos, d) moldear la mezcla que resulta de la etapa (c) como cubos o tabletas.
