Abstract
Procedimiento para preparar cubos de condimento, los cubos comprenden al menos 35% en peso y menos del 85% en peso, en base a la masa de los cubos, de ingredientes cristalinos que comprenden al menos una sal, glutamato monosodico y azucar, y también comprenden al menos 5% en peso y menos del 35% en peso, en base a la masa de los cubos, de ingredientes no cristalinos que comprenden al menos almidon, al menos 5% en peso y menos del 35% en peso, en base a la masa de los cubos, de al menos un grupo de grasa, poliol líquido y agua, el procedimiento comprende las etapas de: a) mezclar al menos parte de los ingredientes no cristalinos con al menos uno del grupo integrado por grasa, poliol líquido y agua, b) granular el producto resultante de la etapa (a), donde al menos 80% en peso de la masa resultante se presenta en forma granulada, c) mezclar al menos parte del producto resultante de la etapa (b) con al menos parte de los ingredientes cristalinos, d) darle forma de cubo o pastilla a la mezcla producida en la etapa (c).
