Abstract

Se provee un dispositivo 10 cargador de material de pintura, con una unidad 12 fijadora de cartucho, una trayectoria 70 de suministro del material de pintura, una válvula 72 de gatillo, una unidad 20 suministradora de material de pintura, una trayectoria de descarga 76, una unidad conmutadora 48, un sensor 42 de material de pintura y un controlador. La trayectoria 70 de suministro del material de pintura está conectada con un cartucho 1 de material de pintura, fijado a la unidad 12 fijadora de cartucho. La unidad 20 de suministro del material de pintura suministra un material de pintura a la trayectoria 70 del material de pintura. La válvula 72 de gatillo conmuta entre conectar y desconectar la trayectoria 70 de suministro del material de pintura y el cartucho 1 de material de pintura. La trayectoria 76 de descarga está conectada con la trayectoria 70 de material de pintura. El sensor 42 de material de pintura detecta el material de pintura dentro de la trayectoria 76 de descarga. El controlador está conectado al sensor 42 de material de pintura y la unidad 48 de conmutación. Una unidad controladora 48 lleva la unidad conmutadora 48 hasta un estado totalmente cerrado, en caso de que el sensor 42 de material de pintura detecte el material de pintura. De acuerdo con este dispositivo cargador de material de pintura, se puede reducir la cantidad de material de pintura descargada al exterior de la trayectoria de suministro del material de pintura, en un proceso de liberación de aire.
