Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una goma interior para neumático, que tiene una composición de caucho a base de al menos un caucho butílico, una carga reforzadora y un sistema plastificante caracterizada porque la composición comprende también grafito y que el sistema plastificante comprende una resma plastificante hidrocarbonada cuya temperatura de transición vítrea, Tg, es superior a 20ºC y cuya temperatura de reblandecimiento es inferior a 170ºC. La invención se refiere también a un proceso para preparar una composición para goma interior de neumático, a base de al menos un caucho butílico, una carga reforzadora y un sistema plastificante, caracterizado porque la composición comprende también grafito y que el sistema plastificante comprende una resma plastificante hidrocarbonada cuya temperatura de transición vítrea, Tg, es superior a 20ºC, el proceso comprende las siguientes etapas: incorporar a un elastómero diénico, en un mezclador: una carga reforzadora, grafito, un sistema plastificante, amasando termomecánicamente todo, una o varias veces, hasta alcanzar una temperatura máxima comprendida entre 110ºC y 190ºC; enfriar la mezcla a una temperatura inferior a 100ºC; incorporar después: un sistema de reticulación; amasar todo hasta una temperatura máxima inferior a 110ºC.
