Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un método para sobremoldear al menos una porción de unión (J) sobre una parte periférica de un elemento de vidrio (V), incluyendo la unión al menos un inserto (1) que tiene una porción sobremoldeada que tiene una sola placa (2) y una porción que se proyecta (4) orientada a lo lago de un eje (A) para precolocar, colocar y asegurar el elemento de vidrio (V) en una bahía a ser unida. El método se caracteriza porque, durante la inyección, el inserto es colocado en la cavidad de moldeo usando un perno (11) que coopera con medios de colocación (5), ambos de los cuales se localizan sobre la parte sobremoldeada, de modo que la cara de la única placa (2) girada hacia el elemento de vidrio incluye al menos una pata de soporte (6) que se extiende en la dirección del elemento de vidrio y que entra en contacto con esta y la cara opuesta de la única placa que incluye una base (3) que tiene una cara libre la cual soporta la parte que se proyecta (4) mencionada anteriormente y que no es cubierta con el material de plástico que forma la unión. La invención también se caracteriza porque, durante la separación, el molde es abierto y el panel de vidrio sobremoldeado es removido sin la parte que se proyecta (4) del inserto (1) entrando en contacto con la pared del alojamiento (10).
