Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para embutir piezas en bruto (10) recortada de una lámina metálica que está pintada o recubierta con un material de película, por ejemplo hecha de acero o aluminio, en piezas moldeadas sin bridas, las piezas en bruto se forman como una parte en forma de crisol, que tiene un borde cilíndrico sin brida, alrededor del núcleo de embutido (18) mediante una campana de embutido (29) de una herramienta de embutido, y se aplica una fuerza elástica predeterminada al lado del borde opuesto de la campana de embutido (20) durante la formación del borde de las piezas en bruto (10) mediante un soporte para piezas en bruto (22) con lo cual la fuerza elástica aplicada al soporte para piezas en bruto (22) se reduce espontáneamente a cero justo antes del final del proceso de embutido.
