Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aceite vegetal o mezcla de aceites de dos o más tipos de aceites, de origen vegetal o animal, para obtener un producto con grado alimenticio con el mejoramiento de valores nutricionales debido a la presentación de bajo contenido de grasas, preferiblemente las saturadas, bajo contenido de isómeros trans, libre de colesterol, en la composición se ha incluido vitamina E y Co-enzima Q10, para ser usado en ensaladas así como en el arte de cocinar (frito, estofado, horneado, cocinado, etc.). En un aspecto adicional, la invención se refiere al proceso para preparar aceites vegetales o la mezcla de aceites de dos o más tipos de origen vegetal y/o animal, que contienen vitamina E y coenzima Q10 que los provee con un tiempo más largo de vida útil.
