Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a aparato de control de la descongelación de un equipo de enfriamiento utilizado como calentador, para usarse con un sistema de enfriamiento utilizado como calentador que tiene un intercambior de calor interior, un intercambiador de calor exterior, un compresor y un medio de control de flujo operable para invertir la dirección de flujo de un refrigerante a través de dichos intercambiadores de calor interior y exterior, bajo una condición de congelación detectada, dicho aparato de control está caracterizado por: primeros medios sensores o detectores de temperatura para sensar la temperatura del aire ambiental exterior en proximidad al intercambiador de calor exterior y segundos medios sensores de temperatura para detectar la temperatura del intercambiador de calor exterior; medios de almacenamiento para almacenar una temperatura habilitadora ajustable para ajustar la descongelación del sistema; un medio procesador para comparar la temperatura del intercambiador de calor exterior con la temperatura habilitadora ajustable y para asentar un indicador del estado si la temperatura del intercambiador de calor exterior es inferior a la temperatura habilitadora; un medio de control de la descongelación o desecarchado para operar el medio de control de flujo y descongelar el intercambiador de calor exterior, y dicho medio procesador tiene un elemento de cronómetro para monitorear el indicador del estado y activar el medio de control de la descongelación después de que el compresor ha trabajado un tiempo agregado mayor que un tiempo predeterminado después de que el indicador del estado ha sido asentdo, si un diferencial de temperatura sensado que existe entre la temperatura del intercambiador de calor exterior y la temperatura del aire ambiental exterior es mayor a un valkor determinado como una función de la temperatura del aire ambiental exterior sensada que corresponde a una condición de congelación sobre el intercambiador de calor exterior.
