Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición termoplástica de poliacetal, caracterizada porque consiste esencialmente de: (a) 0.1 a 10 por ciento en peso de al menos un compuesto seleccionado del grupo que consta de polímeros que contienen hidroxi y oligómeros que contienen hidroxi y (b) 90 a 99.9 por ciento en peso de al menos un polímero de poliacetal, los porcentajes antes señalados se basan únicamente en la cantidad total de los componentes 8a) y (b), con la condición de que los átomos en el esqueleto del polímero y oligómero, al cual se unen los grupos hidroxi, directa o indirectamente, estén separados entre sí, en promedio, por no más de veite átomos de la cadena y con la condición adicional que el compuesto que contiene hidroxi se encuentre substancialmente excento de materiales ácidos.
