Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para verificar la operación de una máquina hiladora, de múltiples posiciones, en donde se extruyen filamentos de un paquete de hilado en cada posición y se hacen avanzar como un haz de filamentos en una trayectoria, luego se separan en un sitio en una pluralidad de líneas de filamento para enviarse a una pluralidad de líneas de devanado, para devanarse en paquetes y programar eventos en tiempos predeterminados en la preparación de los paquetes, con el auxilio de una computadora digital, el método se caracteriza porque comprende: a) proporcionar a la computadora una base de datos de conocimiento que incluye el estado operativo de cada posición, el tiempo transcurrido desde la iniciación de cada paquete, tiempos de eventos predeterminados únicos para los filamentos que se devanan la configuración posicional de la máquina y la base de reglas heurísticas; b) detectar el estado operativo de cada posición al verificar la presencia o ausencia del haz de filamentos en avance y las líneas de filamento como una función del tiempo; c) proporcionar a la computadora con el estado operativo de cada posición detectado en la etapa (b) y el tiempo transcurrido desde la iniciación de cada paquete de la posición; d) comparar en la computadora, el estado operativo de cada posición y el tiempo transcurrido desde el inicio de cada paquete en la posición, con los tiempos de eventos predeterminados y la base de reglas heurísticas; y e) realizar los eventos en la máquina de hilado cuando la computadora indica que se ha alcanzado el tiempo para efectuar dichos eventos.
