Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în special la un mediu nutritiv pentru cultivarea algei Nostoc flagelliforme şi poate fi utilizată pentru obţinerea biomasei algale utilizate în calitate de sursă de proteine, glucide, vitamine şi fitohormoni, ca supliment nutritiv şi ca biofertilizator.Conform invenţiei, mediul nutritiv conţine: HCO3 - - 53,88…56,43 mg/L; NO2 - - 0,70…0,72 mg/L; NO3 -- 0,59…3,75 mg/L; NH4 + - 1,75…2,04 mg/L; Cl- - 9,04…11,96 mg/L, având pH-ul 7,62…7,84; şi este obţinut prin amestecarea cu apă distilată a solului de cernoziom tipic - 50,0…66,7 g/L, lutului galben - 200,0 g/L, nisipului de carieră - 50,0 g/L, cu ulterioara filtrare prin tifon şi 2 filtrări prin hârtie de filtru.
