Abstract
Invenţia se referă la biotehnologia microbiologică, în special la mediile de cultură pentru cultivarea algei roşii Porphyridium cruentum-sursă de ficoeritrină, utilizate în medicină în calitate de marcher fluorescent în imunodiagnostic, precum şi în industria alimentară în calitate de colorant.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se propune un mediu pentru cultivarea algei roşii Porphyridium cruentum care conţine KCl, NaCl, MgSO4·7H2O, K2HPO4, Ca(NO3)2· 4H2O, KBr, KI, nitrat al metalului ba- zic, FeCl3·6H2O, ZnSO4·7H2O, CuSO4·5H2O, MnSO4, H3BO3, NaVO3, MoO3, unde în calitate de nitrat al metalului bazic se foloseşte NaNO3 şi suplimentar mediul conţine alcool etilic în următoarea componenţă cantitativă a ingredientelor, în g/l:Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în sporirea productivităţii culturii şi în creşterea cantităţii ficoeritrinei în biomasă.
