Abstract

Invenţia se referă la microbiologie, în special la algologie şi anume la mediile pentru cultivarea algei roşii Porphyridium cruentum.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că mediul propus (varianta 1) ce conţine KCl, NaCl, MgSO4 ·7H2O, KNO3, K2HPO4, Ca(NO3)2·4H2O, KBr, KI, FeCl3·6H2O, ZnSO4·7H2O, CuSO4·5H2O, MnSO4, H3BO3, NaVO3 şi MoO3, în care elementele sus-indicate se conţin în următoarea componenţă cantitativă, în g/l:şi mediul propus (varianta 2) ce conţine KCl, NaCl, MgSO4·7H2O, NaNO3, K2HPO4, Ca(NO3)2· 4H2O, KBr, KI, FeCl3·6H2O, ZnSO4·7H2O, CuSO4 ·5H2O, MnSO4, H3BO3, NaVO3 şi MoO3 în care elementele sus-indicate se conţin în următoarea componenţă cantitativă, în g/l:Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în aceea că în mediul propus (variantele 1 şi 2) conţinutul cantitativ de K şi Na este echilibrat.
