Abstract

Invenţia se referă la microbiologie şi în special la algologie.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că mediul propus pentru cultivarea algei roşii Porphyridium cruentum conţine KCl, NaCl, MgSO4·7H2O, K2HPO4, Ca(NO3)2·4H2O, KBr, KI, nitrat al metalului bazic, FeCl3·6H2O, ZnSO4·7H2O, CuSO4·5H2O, MnSO4, H3BO3, NaVO3, MoO3, unde în calitate de nitrat al metalului bazic se foloseşte NaNO3, şi suplimentar mediul conţine zaharoză cu următoarea componenţă cantitativă a ingredientelor, în g/l:Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în echilibrarea componentelor mediului.
