Abstract

The invention relates to the microbiological industry, in particular, to the algology.The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the proposed medium for red algae Porphyridium cruentum cultivation contains KCl, NaCl, MgSO4.7H2O, K2HPO4, Ca(NO3)2.4H2O, KBr, KI, nitrate of alcali metal, FeCl3.6H2O, ZnSO4. 7H2O, CuSO4.5H2O, MnSO4, H3BO3, NaVO3 and MoO3, in which NaNO3 is used as alcali metal and, in addition, the medium contains sucrose.The technical result of the invention consists in the balanced content of medium components.
