Abstract

The invention relaits to the biotechnology, in particular, to the mediums for red algae Porphyridium cruentum cultivation that is a source of polyunsaturated fatty acids, used in medecine for cordial diseases treatment.The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the medium for red algae Porphyridium cruentum cultivation contains KCl, NaCl, MgSO4. 7H2O, K2HPO4, Ca(NO3)2.4H2O, KBr, KI, nitrate of alcali metal, FeCl3.6H2O, ZnSO4.7H2O, CuSO4.5H2O, MnSO4, H3BO3, NaVO3, MoO3, in which NaNO3 is used as alcali metal, and in addition, the medium contains isopropyl alcohol.The technical result of the invention consists in the rise of the biomass quantity up to 6,2-6,7g/l, as well as in the rise of algae biomass synthese of arahydine and eicozopentaen acids up to 2,200-2,304% and 1,00-1,04% accordingly.
