Abstract

The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a nutrient medium for cultivation of Nostoc flagelliforme alga and can be used for producing algal biomass used as a source of proteins, glucides, vitamins and phytohormones, as a feed supplement and as a biofertilizer.According to the invention, the nutrient medium comprises: HCO3 - - 53.88…56.43 mg/L; NO2 - - 0.70…0.72 mg/L; NO3 -- 0.59…3.75 mg/L; NH4 + - 1.75…2.04 mg/L; Cl- - 9.04…11.96 mg/L, having the pH 7.62…7.84; and is obtained by mixing with distilled water the typical chernozem soil - 50.0…66.7 g/L, yellow clay - 200.0 g/L, quarry sand - 50.0 g/L, followed by filtration through gauze and 2 filtrations through filter paper.
