Abstract

The invention refers to biotechnology, in particular to a process for cultivation of green algae, which may be used for mass production of microalgae as food for phytophages.It is proposed a process for cultivation of green algae, including sowing of pure algal culture on a nutrient medium with the following component, in g/L of distilled water:the cultivation being carried out during 8…10 days at a temperature of 24…27°C.The result of the invention consists in increasing 2-3 times the quantity of the green algae biomass.
